What was the Prophet's favorite fruit?
Pomegranates are thought to have been the prophet's favorite fruit, and modern scientific research has proven pomegranates to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet.
The liver from sheep and camel was one of the favorites. The Prophet Muhammad ate the liver of a slaughtered sheep with bread. He also liked cooked brain served to him.

Figs – Fig trees tend to grow near water sources, and are hardy enough to withstand blazing summer heat and cold winter nights. The fruit can be eaten fresh or preserved by drying. Dried figs were traveler's food.
Dates, figs, grapes, milk, honey, olive oil, vinegar, watermelon, barley, pumpkin, squash, and any other vegetables that were available, as reported in the hadith below, made up the rest of the Prophet's diet.

What bread did the Prophet eat?
It has been suggested that the Prophet ﷺ had a preference for unrefined bread, in particular bread made from barley. "How could you eat barley unsifted?" he said, "We used to grind it and then blow off its husk, and after the husk flew away, we used to prepare the dough (bake) and eat it."
He often drank milk in place of eating, particularly when food was scarce. When he did so, he rinsed his mouth afterwards, as Ibn Abbas reports: “The Prophet once drank milk, then asked for water and he rinsed his mouth. He said: 'Milk has fat in it. '” (Related in all six authentic anthologies.)
Nabeez, also known as Nabidh and Nabeedh was one of the favourite drinks of the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) and hence considered a Sunnah. It's traditionally made with either dates or raisins but never mixed. Nabeez is one of the Sunnah foods because the Prophet (SAWS) consumed it.
According to this hadith Prophet Muhammad PBUH used to drink water in three separate breaths. In other words, the cup should be removed from the mouth after a sip, a breath taken and then drunk again. This method of drinking is very beneficial for quenching the thirst.

Note that “fruit” is the word used here, not “fruits.” Each characteristic is given to every Christian; God does not pick and chose which ones we get.
It is even mentioned in that verse in Isaiah. Red must be God's favorite color since that is the color He gave blood when He created humanity. That blood red color was what the Passover angel saw when he passed over the Israelites as they prepared to leave the bondage of Egypt.
Did the Prophet eat fruits?

He would eat no more than two meals and ensure that one of the meals should consist of light food (such as dates). It is said, “In every watermelon and pomegranate is a drop from Jannah.” Watermelon grows in hot and warm climates. It is planted in spring after the risk of frost and white frost disappear. Particularly river and lakesides are suitable for growing watermelons.
Nutritionists say: Pomegranates are a heavenly fruit whose root, stem, leaf, skin and water are rich in life, and are one of the fruits that can provide the body with the most minerals and vitamins with a variety of ingredients.
Yet, there are those who claim that the pomegranates from the Chatam Sofer's time had an average of 613 seeds, or that there were rare pomegranates with exactly that number. Today, in any case, pomegranates have anywhere from 200 to 1,200 seeds (you are welcome to count for yourself!).

Wudu (Muslims' ablution), has specific acts including washing the exposed body parts as well as the areas between the fingers and toes with clean water. It has been said that the Prophet (pbuh) observed Wudu by washing his hands and face only once, although sometimes he washed them two or three times.
