Does BOC give you anything Elden Ring? ›

At all the following locations, he will now offer his service of altering garments. At all the following locations except Lake-Facing Cliffs, Boc can be given the Gold Sewing Needle, if you're carrying alterable boss armor (e.g. Radahn's Lion Armor).

If you instead choose the option to give Boc a Larval Tear, he will express his thanks, that he may now be reborn through Rennala. At this point, you must exhaust his dialogue and then reload the area and find he has moved. Note that if you go this route, you will irreversibly doom him to death.

The Needle is to be given to Boc the Seamster, but only after completing the beginning of his questline. To meet Boc for the first time, go to the south of the Site of Grace in Agheel Lake North.

All NPCs in Elden Ring can be revived in the Church of Vows. Players will need to use a Celestial Dew in the Church of Vows to revive all NPCs in the game. Players can even revive Boc the Seamster and prevent his death. Players looking to save Boc's life will need to believe in him and encourage him with good wishes.

Once you defeat Queen Rennala, you will get her great rune. You will find her sitting in the centre of the room. If you speak to her, she will allow you to either change your character's appearance or offer you a rebirth. Each time you rebirth, you must spend one larval tear.

Blaidd's quest is connected to Ranni's quest, and will move along according to her point in the story. As long as you don't do anything that pisses her off, you can still continue with both.

Blaidd is the key NPC here. The wolfman will tell you he wants to inspect Nokron, the Eternal City, and that you should meet him at the underground Siofra Well. You can do this, but this step is completely skippable.

How do you continue Blaidd's quest in Elden Ring? From here, Blaidd's quest joins with Ranni's quest.
