Gameplay Tips[]

You start on Level 1, with 100 Energy, 100 Coins, 100 Diamonds. The count for these can be found on the top of the screen.

Game Mechanics (1)

Currently the maximum level is Level 50 it is not possible to increase your level higher than this. The level cap will be increased in future game updates.

Reading the tips and guides page is recommended for beginners.

Story Summary[]

Maddie’s Grandma gives her keys to a gate, she finds a Mansion behind this gate. After going up to the Mansion Roddy Took, a Building Inspector shows up and tells her the house has to be taken down, because it is unsafe. He hints that it doesn't have to come down, if Maddie cleans up the drive way and leaves.

Maddie now starts cleaning up. Grandma shows up in between and answers questions or gives comments about things found in the Garden, but always leaves with a cryptic comment about the past and a remark about her next cake in the oven, that leaves Maddie wondering.

Selecting a Username[]

File:Event-Username-Select.png

New players will be asked to select a Username (it cannot contain numbers). This username will be used throughout Leaderboard Events to differentiate you from other players on the Leaderboard.

Garage / Merge Space[]

Game Mechanics (2)

To clean up, Maddie needs varying tools. These can be constructed through merging in the garage, the garage can be opened by tapping the garage symbol in the lower left hand corner.

To Merge one needs two (2) pieces of the same item and pull one on top of each other. The items now merge to give the next Level on the items merge tree. It is not enough to put the items next to each other, they have to be in the same field.

The Garage has limited space, 7x9 (63) fields, that can each contain one (1) item. In the beginning all the spaces are filled with boxes or cobwebbed items. The cobwebbed items cannot be moved, but it is possible to merge them with an equal but free item. The boxes are removed by merging any item next to them, a cobwebbed item sits under each box.

The garage is also the place from which to access the Inventory and the Shop.

Tasks[]

To Clean Up Maddie finishes varying Tasks.

This also continues the Story.

Items[]

There are different kind of items in the Garage:

Permanent Source Items[]

Items that drop other items after a set recharge time. The first few levels of rechargable items usually dont drop anything.

Single Use Source Items[]

Items that drop other items, but break after dropping the items.

Drop Items[]

Items that are dropped from rechargeable items and are often used in Tasks.

Helping Items[]

Items that help with playing. (Energy Bubbles, Coins, Gems, XP Stars, Booster, Time Skip Booster). These can not be sold only used up by double tapping.

Double Bubbles[]

Double Bubbles sometimes form when merging two items. They can be opened with Diamonds. After 1 minute, the double bubble will pop and leave a Level 3 Game Mechanics (3)Bronze Coin behind.

Cobwebbed Items[]

"This item is covered by cobwebs."

Items that are in the garage from the beginning or drop from boxes. They are stuck in place and can not be sold or moved until merged with an item of the same type.

Event Items[]

Items that can only be gained through Events, these include the Game Mechanics (4) and the Game Mechanics (5).

Supercharge[]

Supercharge is a new feature that allows players to spend 2 energy for the chance of getting higher level items.

Areas[]

Areas refer to the more than 30 different areas in Merge Mansion. Each area will unlock successively when you Level Up, but to get the Experience Points (XP) necessary to Game Mechanics (6) Level Up, various Tasks must be completed in each Area to clean up and beautify that Area.

The tools needed for each task are provided by Sources (also called Generators), which can be levelled up by merging their parts. The generator parts can be earned through Blue and Brown Chests or bought using Game Mechanics (7)Gems from the Flash Store Sales.

The Map shows the entirety of every Area throughout the Estate.

Note: # denotes the Area number, based on when the Areas were released. Metacore has now created new routings instead of following the old Area release pattern, to backfill the XP gaps between Levels.
