- I'm under 18. Can I still work for Lidl?
As our stores sell alcohol, we are unable to have individuals under 18 operating our tills. We employ individuals over 16 in our warehouses.

- Can Lidl sponsor my working visa?
Unfortunately, we do not sponsor visas.
- How is my personal information stored?
We collect information from applicants who apply via our online application form. This information is uploaded onto our applicant database, which is mantained by an external provider. The provider is liable to Data Protection legislation and is bound to it via contract by Lidl Northern Ireland.
