As we move into the middle of January, you may still be thinking “New Year, new me”. Don’t be fooled by the adverts you’ll be seeing on the TV for well-known weight “management” brands (one that rhymes with ‘Broom’ springs to mind). With that in mind we have some tips on how you can become stronger with strength training, and a simple 4 week weight loss workout plan that doesn’t require any special equipment, just the willpower to stick with the free course for four weeks.

If you’re looking for a simple way to keep an eye on what you’re eating, checkout my review of MyFitnessPal. The free version allows you to track meals, nutrition and exercise.
