The townhouse was built in 1910 byarchitects Hoppin, Koen & Huntington forEdmund Lincoln Baylies, a social leader and real estate lawyer who counted among his clientsCornelius Vanderbilt. Thetriplex takes up thegarden level, first floor, and second floor. There are two bedrooms, a home office, and a kitchen on the garden level, as well as the outdoor garden space. This unit has definitely gotten the most attention over the years as it spans 5,600 square feet and boasts a mirrored living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, hand-painted murals, 24-carat gold paneling and ornamentation, and a marble wood-burning fireplace.
A three-bedroom duplex is on the third and fourth floors. Another three-bedroom duplex is on the fifth and sixth floors.

The townhouse last sold in 1991 for just $4 million.

Ivana Trump's five-story limestone townhouse on the Upper East Side just got a big price cut after being on the market for nearly a year. The estate of the late businesswoman, who was found dead in the home last July, listed the property at 10 East 64th Street last November for $26,500,000. Last week, as CityRealty notes, the Lenox Hill home listed for $22,500,000, a price cut of $4 million. Ivana purchased the townhouse in the early 1990s for around $2,500,000 following her divorce from Donald Trump, as 6sqft previously reported.
