Undertale: Failed Genocide is an Undertale Alternate Universe created by HollFeii. It takes place after an Undertale Genocide Run, except Sans manages to kill the human, and they do not reset.
A human called Jeremy falls into the Underground, to find Alphys, trying to avenge Undyne and Mettaton's death by killing a human, no matter what it takes, Sans, ready to judge the human for their actions and kill them at any point, bitter from their brother's death and many more. Asgore, a king who gave up all hope, keeping the monsters underground and Asriel, a flower helping Jeremy escape the underground. The main antagonist throughout the story is Alphys, while the protagonists are Jeremy and Asriel.

sans the skeleton. Sans is the older brother of Papyrus and a major character in Undertale. He first appears in the Snowdin forest after the protagonist exits the Ruins. He serves as a supporting character in the Neutral and True Pacifist routes and as the final boss in the Genocide Route.

You will be fine. As long you don't answer Chara question. I did reset after I kill sans just to see how Sans would act and meet him back to the snow area. He was kinda salty and not salty any more after I don't kill Papyrus.
To begin a Genocide Route, you need to: Grind for monsters in the Ruins and murder 20 of them. You will know when the area is done when you receive an encounter with the phrase "But nobody came." as well as the word "Determination." upon accessing a SAVE file. Murder Toriel.
After finishing a Genocide run, you'll notice the change in the Pacifist run when you do it again, but only at the very end of the run. Even a True Reset can't erase that. Basically there's no turning back after you've completed a Genocide run. The only way to "undo" those consequences is by erasing your file manually.
If Mettaton EX is spared, he will appear only as his torso and head when the game returns to the overworld view. This will happen even if the protagonist ends the fight before his limbs fall off.
You'll need to hit Napstablook about 4 times. You can't kill him because he's a ghost but he will end the battle at this point. Napstablook's attacks are in the form of tears. For his first tears which are wiggly and drop straight down, stay to the lower section to give yourself plenty of time to dodge them.
Monster Kid is not seen again for the rest of the game; it is assumed they evacuated with the others. If the protagonist spares Monster Kid, they exclaim the protagonist wasn't particularly bad. This action aborts the Genocide Route, and the protagonist fights Undyne later in Waterfall normally.
The total number is definitely around 95-120, but it's probably better to focus on the other aspects of the Genocide Route (Encounters without monsters, slowed music, unique dialogue) than the kill count.
If you name your character "Frisk" and get to the final boss battle with Asriel in UNDERTALE, he will refer to you by a different name. During the battle, Asriel will reveal that he knows the name you chose for your character, but he will also mention that you are not the first person to choose that name.
Just wait for about 10 minutes and Chara, the one who killed you at the very end, will return, and will start taking to you again. Say you are above consequences and give them your SOUL. Then the game will reset entirely. However, both the True Pacifist and Genocide endings will be changed.
If you do genocide run first you lock yourself out of a "true" true pacifist ending. People say this all the time and it's overblown. The Pacifist ending after Genocide is basically identical to the normal one except a character makes an different expression at the end.

The Neutral route can have many varying endings, though Genocide and Pacifist have the same set endings. The Genocide ending ends with you finally killing off the Monster species, and then you meet Chara. Chara will make a deal to erase the world to 'Reset.
