The only thing that really matters is how you honor the policy when a claim is filed. I haven't had that experience yet.

Kind of curious to receive this reply from the claims adjuster:

"All claims are reviewed based upon the claim documents received and the policy provisions, limitations and exclusions. Please review your Confirmation of Coverage to determine if you purchased Trip Interruption coverage and the policy for the full details about the Trip Interruption coverage."

Shouldn't they know that my policy included that coverage and if it didn't shouldn't they have told me that?

We had weather issues and while the airlines got us there in time to make the cruise, it was nice having the peace of mind we had the insurance as a back up.

WorldTrips pushed me off to their claims company CBP Connect, which has been very slow to process my claim. It has been over 3 weeks with no progress that I can see.

I called Squaremouth and was sent to another company. The Agent advised me to go online for faster service. I did so and got tangled in the process. All information was accepted except my phone number. I’ve been recovering from an illness and will try again today. I prefer a live human to help me as the online experience did not go smoothly.
