Windblume Festival[]
In Act 3 of the event, the two of them take a drink at the Angel's Share and Kaeya was about to finish his drink when the Traveler appears. At one point, Venti asks where is the bartender because Diluc is here. Rosaria told him that Charles is out on delivery, and Kaeya jokes to her by saying "Hahahaha, and who is most directly responsible for creating the demand for an alcohol-delivery service at this time of the year in the first place?", implying that Rosaria takes a lot of drinks. Then Venti asks about the mixing ability of Diluc, and again Kaeya teases Rosaria by saying "Why don't we ask the formidable Sister Rosaria... What do you think?". Subsequently, she sigh a bit and respond that he's not bad. Afterward Paimon asks if they had a fight. Kaeya said that he calls it a misunderstanding. He caught sight of a suspicious figure hurtling by the Knights of Favonius headquarters, but fortunately he discovered in a good time that it was "Miss Rosaria", as he calls her, and she stayed in his hand. After having discussed a bit, they all toast to the festival and the free people of Mondstadt.
After Act 4, in a cutscene where a lot of characters of Mondstadt are shown, we see Kaeya and Rosaria always at the tavern and they are discussing. Kaeya talks to Rosaria by saying "Of course, any good tavern offers bar snacks" with a drink in his hand. Rosaria replies "Oh really?" the hand holding her head looking at Kaeya, while Diluc took the bottle out of their reach.

In Rosaria's voiceline about Kaeya, she says that wine has its uses, confirming their discussion over a drink, like revealing someone's true colors. To her, "Smooth talk is Kaeya's veil, but being me, I can see right through it." She also jokes by saying that we should see him when he's drunk.
In Kaeya's voiceline about Rosaria, he says that he cannot tell us about her secrets, but it seems that he knows them. Kaeya also says that his impression of her is not bad, and describes her by saying that "She's honest with herself. She casts off that which she has no time for and she doesn't feign motivation for affairs that do not interest her."
Of Drink A-Dreaming[]
During the first day of the event, Kaeya show at the tavern and want to order a drink to the Traveler. Apparently this drink is quite difficult for a beginner and and Rosaria points it out by saying "Leave it to Kaeya to make things difficult right from the start...". Kaeya wanted to tease the Traveler and didn't expect to see Rosaria at the tavern today. Apparently he justify himself by saying he just wanted to help to gain some experience while Rosaria doesn't react as she is used to it. Then they order a large Moonlit Alley for Kaeya and a tea for Rosaria.
After tasting the tea, Rosaria evokes that the drink is fine but always reminds her of certains things. As soon as he heard this, Kaeya understands that she refers to the church, whereupon she approves. It was an event she couldn't attend but Barbara saved some tea for her, and the taste was the same as Traveler's tea. Kaeya teases her saying "Sounds to me like Mondstadt's just gained another black tea lover.", Rosaria responding in the same way enunciating that she'd prefer something a little stiffer.
Following her opinion, Kaeya gives his one too. Right after teasing the Traveler to have an other one, Paimon points out that you can never know what he'll say next and asks Rosaria how she can stand drinking with this guy. Her response was disinterested saying "Hm? I don't really care what's going through his mind, as long as we only talk about drinks.". Then she adds that he's only interested in people or things that intrigues him, the Traveler or anybody else. He feels betrayed and he retorts "Hey how could you divulge so much about your dear old drinking buddy, hmm?" exaggerating. Then she teases him with the same tone replying it's not such a big deal.
Afterwards she complains about the annoying things in her life, preferring the easygoing atmosphere in the tavern as this little conversation relieved her already. Kaeya is interested and want to know some gossips after hearing that. Resuming his joking attitude he mentions a top three of the most serious people in Mondstadt and other top such as the worst cook, most consistent drinker and so on. She reacts questioning if there are really that many people who don't need to work. Paimon is jealous so Kaeya confort them with the title "Best Bartenders". Assisting to the conversation, Rosaria admits to Kaeya that the atmosphere he brings isn't half bad. While the Taveler and Paimon are discussing, Kaeya and Rosaria take the opportunity to do the same, commenting on the interaction between the too and Kaeya admitting what he really thought with "Just looking at these two brings a lot of smile to my face". Then Paimon notice them asking what they were discussing about but suddently the two of them had other things to attend to.
