A successful rebrand to increase their global market position.

ActivTrades is a global trading company which was an established company in central Europe, looking to break into the UK market.

Form were approached by ActivTrades with the clear goal of improving the company's visibility, customer base and brand awareness in the UK.

We had done an initial review of the company looking at many areas of ActivTrades and came up with a series of updates across their marketing business.

Rebrand

The existing brand identity ActivTrades used was inconsistent in design across media formats with mixed messaging.

This required a more consistent approach to all their marketing touch points.

We kicked off by designing a new brand identity, modern in its appearance, using a clean and uncluttered design. The graphics designed allow for interchangeable visuals without dilution of the brand identity. This allowed us to produce targeted campaigns to different areas of the business, whether customer service, offers and promotions, or general brand awareness of ActivTrades.

Web build and development

The next phase of the rebrand was the design of a new website which would allow the user to find information easily, improve onboarding of clients and client conversion rates.

Working with the internal development team of ActivTrades, we produced a series of prototype designs for each of the website pages. This included the new brand style, clear call to actions and promoting the companies USPs front and centre.

Advertising campaign and marketing literature

The global online trading sector is a congested world with established long serving companies holding top positions in many areas.

We had to create an advertising campaign for ActivTrades which focused on their main USP - customer service.

Trading clients need to know the company they are trading with is trustworthy. It also has to be transparent and be on-hand to assist when required. We created an advertising campaign to raise awareness of ActivTrades' award winning customer service. The campaign was run on Google ads, nationwide press and industry specific trading magazines and websites.

The new brand identity was also applied across various other marketing material. This included company brochures, reports, factsheets and educational material.
