However, some sellers on eBay are also trying their luck with this one and listing it from £100 up to £5,000 (as of October 2023).
Brilliant Uncirculated, Gold and Colour Printed Silver Versions
The Brilliant Uncirculated versions are now £20 for a pair and are not worth much more if sold privately. Similarly, colour-printed silver proofs can be bought for around £50, depending on the vendor. Finally, the gold-proof Paddington Bear 50p is around £750 – £1750, depending on the vendor or seller. This coin is struck in solid 22-carat gold and makes an excellent addition to any coin collection!
Do Paddington Bear 50p Coins Make a Good Investment?
