A single serving dessert doesn’t need to be a sad, regrettable affair. Desserts of any size and flavour should be savoured and loved, and you should not be judged for enjoying one all to yourself. This Microwave Chocolate Chip Cookie for one is the ultimate individual treat. Soft, warm vanilla-scented cookie dough with gooey puddles of melted chocolate in every bite. This tastes exactly like a fresh cookie hot from the oven, just without a crisp edge. In my opinion, the softer and meltier, the better!
