Meowmere Minecart is a minecart accessory that is dropped by the Moon Lord. It is functionally identical to most other minecarts (including a top speed of 66 MPH). However, it also includes the aesthetic differences of emitting a rainbow trail when in use and meowing sound effects whenever the player jumps while it is in use.
