Should Kasumi keep or destroy the greybox? ›

Whether you choose to keep or destroy the graybox is up to you. There are no gameplay consequences either way, and the few direct ramifications that exist are related to the flavor of Kasumi's story in Mass Effect 3.

If you use SMGs primarily, I'd say you should do Kasumi's loyalty mission ASAP. The SMG you get from that mission is amazing. I'd say doing it before you finish acquiring the first set of squad mates and go to Horizon.

And again, it is as @Fred_vdp said, you can't make Kasumi a permanent squadmate, she only can accompany you in the Arena fight simulations.

So she's supposed to be an expert infiltrator/thief/tech specialist, but she shows up to a classy party wearing armor and a hood... Then she gets confused and says we've never seen eachother before after Hock turned her away.
