Jack's Face is a hat item in New Horizons. It can be obtained from Jack by giving him Candy or a Lollipop on Halloween.

Jack's photo can be obtained from Lottie after completing Jack's vacation home in Happy Home Paradise. The item's frame can be customized either by using 1 customization kit or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for 1,000 Bells.

If the player doesn't give him candy, he pulls a trick on the them, which includes: taking their offered item; turning an inventory item into a Jack-in-the-Box; replacing their top with a Patched Shirt or Moldy Shirt; giving them, or replacing their hat and/or accessory with, a Pumpkin Head helmet.

For the first Lollipop, he'll give you a Spooky Carriage and then, for the second, he'll give you the DIY recipe for this piece of furniture. After giving him a third Lollipop, you'll receive the DIY recipe for the Spooky Wand. The fourth and final Lollipop will result in him giving you the clothing item, Jack's robe.

Players can find a portrait of the spooky character attached to this letter that can be placed as a wall decoration in their house in the game. Some may not be aware, however, that if you put the portrait on display and turn off the lights in the room, a faint glow can be seen emanating from the painting.
