How to Track your Philippine National ID delivery (2024)
Here’s how to track the delivery status of your Philippine National Identification (PhilID) card.
Filipino citizens and eligible residents who have completed all of the requirements to register for their PhilID cards may now check the status of their delivery via the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) website.
The Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) issues the PhilID or national ID as a valid proof of identity. It serves as the government’s central identification system for all Filipino citizens and resident aliens in the country.
The physical ID features a Philippine System Card Number (PCN) which can also be used as official proof of identity for transactions, even without the card itself.
The Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) has reported that over a million national ID cards have been delivered free of charge by August 2021 to Filipinos nationwide by PHLPost, the official delivery partner of PhilSys.
Following are the simple steps to track the delivery status of your National ID:
Step 1: Go to the PHLPost tracking website through this link: PHLPost Tracking
Step 2: Enter the transaction number in the PhilSys transaction slip provided to registrants.
Step 3: Click on “Track” in the PHLPost website to check the delivery status of your ID.
If there is no result, your PhilID is still being processed.
The issuance of the PhilSys Number (PSN) and arrival of the physical PhilID cards to the registrants’ delivery addresses mark the successful registration of Filipinos to PhilSys.
To encourage more Filipinos to register while minimizing health and safety concerns, the PSA launched the online registration for Step 1 of the national ID.
