- How is C6 Noelle anyway?
360pages 3 years ago#1 I got all the 4 stars in this banner to C6 on my quest to get Ganyu. (Managed to get her.) But now I'm thinking of party comps. Was building a few until I finally pulled Ganyu and started to dump a ton of stuff in that slot. I wanted to make a third party, but I realized I needed a healer, but I don't think I need as much healing as Barbra or Qiqi provide. iPOUT 3 years ago#2 Noelle C6 is amazing. If you stack a good amount of defense, she becomes tanky and her shield becomes stronger. The problem with her is that without her burst, her healing is only by chance so if you want to use her as a healer with decent damage, she'll need energy recharge and Geo damage bonus. WenDelie 3 years ago#8 I got my final 2 copies of Noelle on this banner and then the game decided to give me Skyward Pride from the standard banner soft pity, which is considered her BiS I think. I always kinda wanted to build her and now it would be a waste not to do so... short on resources though, so it will take a while. |
