In your hour of need, we will arrange for an emergency call-out to your home to carry out repairs, up tothe value of£500. For example, if a pipe bursts, we will locate and dispatch a plumber or if your external doors or windows are damaged due to a break in, we will organise for someone to render the property safe and secure.

  • Overnight accommodation in the event your property becomes uninhabitable, up tothe value of£250.

Many home insurance policies already cover an element of Keycare, such as replacing keys broken in your lock but what about when you lose your keys?

Keycare cover means you can avoid the stress and frustration of replacing lost keys and all the hassle that goes with it.

We offer two levels of Keycare cover.

  • Up to £1,500 annual cover for lost and stolen keys, replacement locks and any call out charges.
  • Cover for locksmith charges if keys are locked in your car or home with a cover limit of £1,500.

Keycare SmartFob has all the same benefits as above, but includes a Bluetooth LE sensor fob for your keyring that helps to retrieve your keys through the SmartFob smartphone app (note: this is not a GPS tracker).

  • Ring your keys by tapping the SmartFob icon on your screen
  • Call your phone by holding the button on your SmartFob.
  • The app automatically creates and displays a GPS time-stamp when your SmartFob is out of range.
  • Key Cover: If your SmartFob is insured through an active cover, the finder of your keys can get a reward
