Since standard safes must be opened with a combination or a key, they are a security risk for businesses where employees need to make cash deposits and can have access to the contents. Anyone opening the safe to deposit cash or other valuables also has the ability to remove them. The Hollon FD-4020E Depository Safe allows employees to drop in cash without affording access to the safe. This eliminates much of the worry associated with possible theft from someone inside your organization.

This depository safe is ideal for protecting money, checks, receipts and deposit slips. Users can simply open thedrop to deposit items into the safe without needing a code to open the safe. Depository safes are ideal if you want to limit employee access to the safe. If they don’t have a code, they can only make deposits.

The Hollon FD-4020E Depository Safe features an anti-fish baffle which prevents theft by fishing the cash and deposits out through the drop. There are 4 anchor holes to mount the safe to the floor andseven 1.25” diameter solid steel locking bolts. It has aS&G UL Listed Type 1 Electronic Lockand the heavy duty dead bar prevents door removal during a forced entry attempt. The locks and relocker are protected by a drill/ballistic resistant hard plate.

Curbside Delivery (Over 150 lbs.)

Curbside delivery is a free service offered by SafeandVaultStore.com. Any shipments 151 pounds or larger are delivered via freight companies such as YRC, XPO, USF Reddaway, or other common freight carriers and delivered curbside. The safes and vault doors are delivered on a wood pallet,curbside,where your driveway meets the street. The freight company will call to schedule an appointment within an 8-hour window.   1. Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
  2. After your item has shipped and it arrives at your local terminal, you will receive a telephone call from the freight company to schedule the delivery date.
  3. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only.
  4. Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Fridayonly. Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays. If you require a shorter time window, please see ourFedex Freight Direct Basicdelivery options (2-hour window available).
  5. You must be present or have someone there to inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
  6. If there is even the slightest damage on the packaging, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff.IMPORTANT NOTE:This is the only way we can file a damage claim for a refund from the freight company and/or a replacement if your safe or vault door is damaged.

  • Drivers will not back the truck onto your driveway.
  • The driver may require help to push the product into your garage.
  • The driver will not remove the safe from the pallet.

Garage delivery is not guaranteed. It is not always available in all areas andis ultimately at the discretion of the driver to complete. If the driver feels it is unsafe, the freight company will not be able to complete the garage delivery and will leave the safe at your curbside. We would refund you in full for the garage delivery if it is not able to be completed.     What happens if I forget or lose my code/combination? For security reasons, you will be referred to a Hollon Authorized Dealer or a licensed locksmith for further assistance.
