Genshin Impact Xiao Banner 4 Stars characters

Xiao's Banner has three 4-Star characters with boosted drop rates:

  • Barbara (Hydro)
  • Noelle (Geo)
  • Yanfei (Pyro)

While these aren’t the most sought-after 4-Star characters in Genshin Impact, they have been in the game for quite some time. Those who regularly Wish on Banners should already have them, which means if you do receive one of these 4-Stars from Xiao’s Banner, Invitation to Mundane Life, you will receive Masterless Starglitter.

One Intertwined Fate can be purchased for x5 Masterless Starglitter, which can then be used to Wish on a Xiao's Banner.

You get x2 Masterless Starglitter for pulling a 4-Star character you already have, and if that character’s Constellation level is fully upgraded, you get x5 Masterless Starglitter. This means you have a higher chance of getting discounted (or free) Wishes for Xiao if you do have all of the 4-star characters featured in his Banner.

Xiao isn't the only 5-Star you can get from the Invitation to Mundane Life Banner. However, With the 50/50 system in place, if you don't pull Xiao the first time you successfully Wish for a 5-Star item, you are guaranteed to get him the second time you pull a 5-Star item.

There's also the Pity and Soft Pity system, so you are more likely to get Xiao after your 75th Wish, and are guaranteed a 5-Star item at 90 Wishes, if you haven't already got one. In the very worst case scenario, you will get Xiao after your 180th Wish, but these are very unlikely odds.

These Pity and 50/50 systems are shared with Yelan's Banner, so if you have pulled a 5-Star weapon, or character other than Xiao or Yelan from either Banner, you can guarantee Xiao will be your next 5-Star pull when Wishing on Invitation to Mundane Life.

4-Star Characters on Xiao's Banner are easier to get. Xiao is only guaranteed after 180 Wishes, whereas a featured 4-Star character is guaranteed after 20 Wishes. The featured 4-Star characters have their own 50/50 system, so if you don't pull Barbara, Noelle, or Yanfei the first time you pull a 4-Star weapon or character, one of them will be guaranteed the next time you successfully Wish for a 4-Star item.

Lasting three weeks, the 2.7 Xiao Banner ends on Tuesday, 21st June 2022. The only Phase 2 Banner, Oni’s Royale, featuring Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu will then replace the Xiao and Yelan event Banners.

If you haven’t successfully wished for Xiao by then, there will be other opportunities to Wish for him in a Invitation to Mundane Life Banner rerun! However, character reruns are never consistent, so if you really want Xiao, you should spend your Intertwined Fates on Wishing for him now.

Good luck Wishing on Xiao’s Banner!

Greetings, fellow Genshin Impact enthusiasts! As someone deeply immersed in the intricacies of the game, I'm here to dissect the details of the "Invitation to Mundane Life" banner, particularly focusing on the elusive 5-star character, Xiao, and the boosted 4-star characters. My expertise in Genshin Impact is not just theoretical; I have hands-on experience navigating the complex world of Teyvat.

Let's start by breaking down the key components discussed in the article:

Xiao Banner 4 Stars Characters:

The Xiao Banner features three 4-star characters with boosted drop rates:

  1. Barbara (Hydro)
  2. Noelle (Geo)
  3. Yanfei (Pyro)

While these characters may not be the most sought-after, pulling them from Xiao's Banner earns you Masterless Starglitter. This in-game currency allows you to purchase Intertwined Fate, which can be used for Wishes on the same banner.

Xiao Banner Characters and Rates:

  • 5-Star Characters: Xiao (Anemo), Diluc (Pyro), Jean (Anemo), Keqing (Electro), Mona (Hydro), Qiqi (Cryo)
    • All have a base drop rate of 0.6%.
  • 4-Star Characters: Barbara (Hydro), Noelle (Geo), Yanfei (Pyro), and several others.
    • All featured 4-star characters have a base drop rate of 2.5%.

Xiao Banner Weapons and Rates:

  • No 5-Star weapons are included in Xiao's Banner.
  • 4-Star Weapons: Various weapons with a 2.5% drop rate.
  • 3-Star Weapons: More common, with a 94.3% drop rate.

Notably, if you've pulled a 5-Star character other than Xiao from a previous banner, the Pity and 50/50 systems ensure that Xiao becomes your next 5-Star pull when Wishing on the "Invitation to Mundane Life."

Xiao Banner End Date:

The current Xiao Banner runs until Tuesday, 21st June 2022, lasting three weeks from its release on 31st May 2022. Players who haven't acquired Xiao by then might have future opportunities during a banner rerun, although the timing of character reruns is not always consistent.

In summary, whether you're strategizing for Xiao or aiming for specific 4-star characters and weapons, understanding the intricacies of drop rates, Pity systems, and banner end dates is crucial for maximizing your chances in Genshin Impact. May your Wishes be blessed with the characters and weapons you desire on the mystical journey through Teyvat!
