While Fischl is generally an amazing character and can be paired with many Genshin Impact characters, choosing the best teammates can further increase her value in the party. The Prinzessin der Verurteilung can take the role of a Physical DPS or a Sub-DPS.

Most people use her as a Sub-DPS for the utility provided by Oz, while those who use her as a main DPS usually use the “Machine Gun Fischl” playstyle. For each role, here are the best teammates Fischl can have in Genshin Impact.
Physical DPS Fischl
Superconduct is the best friend of any Physical DPS. Players should always try to include characters that can trigger this reaction in their team compositions. This effect reduces enemies’ Physical resistance by 40% for 12 seconds. Other than that, a character that can boost Fischl’s Normal Attack damage can be a great addition as well.
For Physical DPS Fischl, the “Machine Gun” playstyle usually involves a quick rotation between her two Normal Attacks and double-tap the Charged Attack button (R key). Some of Fischl’s hit sequences have an “animation” that would reduce DPS count in the long run, so this “AARR” method allows players to play with minimum animation. Other than that, this method also maximizes Oz’s potential if players own Fischl’s Constellations in Genshin Impact.
Rosaria
The Prinzessin needs a unit that can deal Cryo damage, so units like Rosaria, Qiqi, Diona, Ganyu, and Kaeya are great options for this job. However, among them, Rosaria is the one that can provide many utilities for Physical DPS.
Rosaria deals AoE Cryo damage for 8s after using her Elemental Burst, Rites of Termination This ability also provides some important utilities, such as:
- Continuously applying Cryo, making it easy for Fischl to trigger Superconduct.
- Increasing Fischl’s Critical Rate by up to 15%.
- C6 Rosaria can further decrease enemies’ Physical resistance when using her Burst.
- If Rosaria is wielding Favonius Lance, she will also regenerate energy for the entire team.
Yun Jin
Yun Jin is a new Geo 4-star character introduced in Genshin Impact 2.4. The Director of Yun-Han Opera Troupe is a great addition to any character that counts on their Normal Attacks. Including Yun Jin in Fischl’s team composition carries many buffs, including:
- Yun Jin’s Elemental Burst, Cliffbreaker's Banner, buffs Fischl’s Normal Attacks damage by a percentage of Yun Jin’s defense.
- Players can include one more Geo character to activate the Geo Resonance, it will increase Fischl damage by 15% when shielded.
- C2 Yun Jin can further increase Fischl’s Normal Attacks by 15% when using her Burst.
- C6 Yun Jin improves Fischl’s Normal Attack speed by 12%.
- Yun Jin’s C6 further supports the “Machine Gun Fischl” playstyle. If Fischl hits quickly, she can also benefit more from Yun Jin’s damage bonus.
Support Fischl (Oz)
To play Fischl as a Support, players have to count on her Oz to inflict the damage. Keeping Oz on the field is essential to increase Fischl off-field damage.
Eula
Eula possesses a huge amount of Physical damage within her kit. She counts on her Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst to inflict most of her damage. Fischl can fully take advantage of that by deploying Oz:
- Eula will be able to trigger Superconduct.
- C6 Fischl’s Oz, when on the field, will attack alongside Eula’s Normal Attack.
Tartaglia
Childe is a unique Hydro DPS. When drawing his melee daggers, Tartaglia can apply Hydro on all his enemies through his Riptide and Normal Attacks. When paired with Fischl:
- Oz will trigger Electro-Charged, a reaction that will travel through wet enemies.
- C6 Fischl’s Oz will attack with Tartaglia.
Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
