Please see the below table for charges that apply to orders. For home delivery orders delivery is free for all orders of £600 or more. For click & collect orders there are no collection charges. All home delivery orders are subject to a minimum order value of £100.

Card Processing Fees

You will not be charged a card processing fee by us if you choose to pay by debit or credit card. However, your card issuer may apply a fee so you should check with them before you buy your travel money. Any fee applied by your card issuer will not appear on your travel money order, but will appear on your card statement.

If you find a cheaper overall price elsewhere online, we'll refund the difference as part of our Price Promise guarantee. You can compare travel money rates online against alternative foreign currency retailers and tell us where you've found it cheaper.

Our online Price Promise takes effect when we can verify the source within reasonable satisfaction. In order to do so, we require the following information to assess the alternative price and process your claim and refund the difference.

Foreign currency retailer details including:-

• The business name and address

• Contact details

• Website address (if applicable) where quote was obtained

Details of travel money comparison which includes the dates and times the quote was obtained (a copy of the alternative foreign currency retailer’s quote should suffice). The quote should highlight the following areas:-

• Amount of foreign currency desired;

• Charges incurred for delivery or collection;

• Admin/Processing Fee;

• Any fee applicable for using your preferred payment method.
