Who suffered from anger in the Bible?
In Numbers 20 Moses lost his temper and struck the rock twice even though God had told him to simply speak to the rock. That act of anger cost Moses dearly.
“He was brash, and he probably spoke from the heart before his head kicked into gear. Remember in John 21:17, when Jesus asks, 'Peter, do you love me? ' He asked Peter this three times, and on the third time Peter became impatient, because Jesus kept asking.”
Peter was a fisherman who later became a disciple of Jesus. He is one of the twelve disciples chosen by Jesus. Peter was a strong personality who, to outsiders and insiders, could appear inconsistent in his Christian walk. He could be a boastful, impetuous, impulsive hot-head at times.

Another saint who struggled with bouts of anger, Saint Francis de Sales, confessed his blood would boil when overhearing certain jokes or humiliations. He battled his temper for over 19 years until he finally had it under control.

The brothers James and John, also known as the 'sons of thunder', appear, according to the biblical account, to have had short, even violent, tempers. They also coveted the idea of being Jesus' deputies, which could have provoked disquiet amongst the other disciples.
He could also be resolute (Acts of the Apostles 4:10; 5:1–10). Occasionally he is depicted as rash and hasty (Luke 22:33, etc.) or irritable and capable of great anger (John 18:10).
Saint Peter became angry at her greed because she did not give a piece of cake to Saint Peter to satiate his hunger. When he cursed the lady, she turned into a bird. She flew through the chimney. Finally, she became a woodpecker.
Another way to combat anger is to pray to the patron saint against anger, St. Jerome. St. Jerome is most widely known for his translation of the Bible into the form of Latin most commonly read at the time (the Vulgate).
Who was angry at God?
Jeremiah was angry with God, and he wrote about it in his prophecy. People have been reading what he wrote for two and a half thousand years. And God, apparently, didn't mind him being honest about it.

He was David's friend, and when he died, David got mad at God. The Bible says that David became afraid of God.

The root of sinful anger grows in a heart that is self-centered and idolatrous. Because we live in a society that screams constantly about “rights,” when our perceived rights are violated, we become angry.
The Bible has much to say about anger. It is mentioned more than five hundred times in Scripture. Ephesians 4:26 tells us that anger is a God-given emotion and not a sin.
People often express their anger in different ways, but they usually share four common triggers. We organize them into buckets: frustrations, irritations, abuse, and unfairness.
