So Depraved is probably the hardest. It certainly did not matter in Demon's
Warrior is, hands down, one of the best classes in the game. Almost every player will be able to understand it and play with it quickly. This is also a perfect class to morph into any build, especially strength and dexterity-based ones. For starters, a warrior class comes with good power and weapon knowledge.

Sorcerers are easily the hardest class to start as in Dark Souls 3. They have the lowest starting health, have little stamina, and their spells require a solid chunk of FP.
Be aware that your starting class does not dictate what skills or abilities you're able to use, and instead is only a 'starter' build to help you out at the beginning of the game. As such, we'd recommend that you start with the Pyromancer class.
1 Pyro Swordsman
There is arguably nothing stronger in Dark Souls than pyromancy, especially in the original game, as the Pyromancy Flame and spells are powerful in almost all stages of the game and their power only wanes against fire-resistant enemies.

On average I do agree that the bosses are harder in elden ring, but as a game overall dark souls is just so much harder. There is no way I could have completed it without a guide, and the amount of platforming is just insane. The lack of bonfires is also a real pain.

Bloodborne offers up players many different classes to start with.
The Assassin excels at both mid range and extremely long range combat. He has the best offenses of any Dagger class, 60 attack and 75 dexterity. Assassins also have the highest MP of all non-robe classes, at 305, which helps with using the long ranged poison.
Pyromancer is actually a great choice for starting IMO. Pyromancy is very powerful, very effective against most bosses in the game, and it also doesn't scale with any attributes. The damage scales from the item you cast it with (The "Pyromancy Flame" which you must equip).
You just start out at different Soul Levels and different stat allocations. You can pick a Warrior as your starting class, but still pump points in Intelligence and play as a mage. It doesn't matter much. It determines your starting stats/spells/equipment, but you can build any class into anything.

Bloodborne is often touted as one of the hardest games of all time. For that matter, the entire Dark Souls series is bandied as some of the hardest games ever, but Bloodborne is often seen as particularly challenging thanks to its fast-paced combat.
There really is no other choice for the best weapon in Dark Souls. At least no sensible choice. The Black Knight Halberd has every single boon a Dark Souls weapon can have: it's not hard to get, can potentially be acquired early, has amazing range, is insanely fast and strong, and it only gets stronger.
For that matter, the entire Dark Souls series is bandied as some of the hardest games ever, but Bloodborne is often seen as particularly challenging thanks to its fast-paced combat. That said, it's not as if Bloodborne is the be-all and end-all of difficult video games.
Dark Souls 2 is huge. If you do everything available, it is the longest by a good margin. If you just run through and do the basics... still Dark Souls 2. Bloodborne is the shortest unless you add the chalice dungeons.
