What is Kirito's weakness?
Naruto has a lack of talent in genjutsu and for a time in the early parts of the series, his ninjutsu is lacking compared to others. But neither of these is the major problem he has —his true weakness is being hardheaded.
After defeating Gabriel, Kirito and Asuna had made the ultimate decision to spend 200 years of their virtual lives together before being reunited in the real world. As we learn, the two of them eventually became the King and Queen of it.
Trapped in Underworld for multiple years during the Alicization arc, Kirito was isolated from everyone he knew. That's why it was especially heartbreaking to see him accept a sentence of another 200 years alone in Underworld during the finale.
