In a brief lucid moment, Becky, delirious from the lack of food and water, realizes that she has hallucinated Hunter's presence for days after Hunter died from a fall onto the antenna dish. The next day, Becky is awakened by a vulture gnawing at her wounded leg and kills it, eating it for sustenance.
Later that night, after noticing it a couple of times, Becky finally asks Hunter why she has Dan's way of saying “I Love You,” i.e., 143, tattooed on her leg. With nowhere else to hide her truth, Hunter admits she has been cheating with Dan for some time, thereby making the already tense situation all the more tense.

Fall (2022) Movie Ending, Explained:
After eating it to regain strength, Becky finally manages to connect herself to the harness and pull herself down to the dish, where Hunter's dead body lies half mangled by the impact of the Fall. Her stomach is already exposed after being torn apart by the vultures.
Roy is already showing signs of his own impending death -- he stabs himself through the hand with a large nail to temporarily stabilize his condition.
Roy later regrets, as he has fallen in love with Tia and hence decides to return the painting to her. After a small clash with painting's new owner, Roy manages to get it back. On receiving the paintings Tia realises that Roy is now a changed man and forgives him.
However, a CT scan revealed there was little physiological evidence to suggest he'd sustained any significant brain damage which would account for his memory loss. While Spector maintained his amnesia, Gibson wasn't convinced at all and promised he would face justice for what he'd done.
Paul Spector killed himself
His demise was foreshadowed at the start of the episode when Stella said death would be “an easy escape” for Spector and allow him to “cheat the system”. However, Spector soon realised the only way out was to kill himself.
We are at the end of “The Fall” season 3 (went by fast, didn't it?) and at the end of the last episode we saw that Paul was caught in his lies.
Finally, in season three Spector was caught and during a tense interrogation scene in the finale, he beat Gibson to a pulp. Several guards had to wrench Spector off Gibson amid his violent assault in which he also broke detective Tom Anderson's (Colin Morgan) arm.
Part of the allure of committing these crimes was sexually motivated and his need for dominance of others. According to the BBC's website for The Fall, the murders and his journals were an outlet for his "creativity".

The Fall has finally landed on Netflix UK and is already a hit with fans. But Allan Cubitt's crime drama has left hooked viewers with one burning question: is it based on a true story? The short answer is that, while the plot itself is fictitious, it was inspired by real-life serial killers.

The setting and location for Fallout 5 are obviously unknown, but past titles have all featured in a US state; so we can expect this to be the same again. Fallout 3 was in Washington, before moving north to Boston in Fallout 4. Fallout 76 saw players move back south to West Virginia.
