Should you summon Ranni at the end?
Ranni will ask you to serve her once you reach her. There are no negative consequences to saying yes - only boons, such as more story questlines and unique rewards. You must complete Ranni's questline to continue Fia's Questline, which unlocks yet another unique ending as well.
Once you defeat the Elden Beast, do not touch Marika's head as you would for every other ending. Instead, look for a blue summon sign on the floor. Use this to summon Ranni, making her the new Queen of the Stars, and you her eternal consort.

The Age of Stars achieved through Ranni's questline is generally seen as the best ending by most players, but the Age of Order is a lesser known positive outcome for the world.
The most difficult ending to achieve in Elden Ring is the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. To get this ending you need to undertake a pretty obtuse and esoteric quest, meaning you might not ever come across it over the course of your standard play.
Melina wants to burn the Erdtree and would rather serve as kindling than see the Tarnished become the Lord of Frenzied Flame. Indeed, if Melina is spared, she vows to hunt the Tarnished down for betraying her and embracing the Three Fingers.
The Lord of Frenzied Flame is considered the bad ending of Elden Ring, as it sees you become a destructive dictator, consuming the world in the flame of chaos. To unlock it, you'll need to follow Hyetta's quest all the way to the Three Fingers and become their champion.

Instead of touching the item that leads to the Elden Lord ending, use that sign to summon Ranni - and that gives you the Age of the Stars ending. In this ending, Ranni ushers in a new age governed by the moon, apparently sweeping away the Golden Order and its rule over The Lands Between.
Ranni's quest opens up areas, not lock them up. It could lock you out of Selluvis quest. After you get the item ranni asked you in Nokron, don't give it to her yet, but finish Selluvis quest.
If the Elden Ring is mended, either by itself or with a Mending Rune, Marika's head is restored to her frame.

- Do not inherit the Frenzied Flame.
- After the final boss (Elden Beast) instead of picking the mend option, look for Ranni's summon sign on the ground and select it to gain the Age of the Stars ending.
Point of no return is when you're given the option to commit the cardinal sin. The actual point of no return is defeating a boss at the end of an area outside time. "All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain." Did you get the Bolt of Gransax?
In the Age of the Stars ending, Ranni refers to the Tarnished as her "lord" and her "dear consort", showing that she has not just acknowledged them as being Elden Lord, but also fully acknowledged their own spouse by her side.

Godwyn was immortal because he wad blessed with Golden Order, but the Rune of Death made it possible to kill him. Maliketh had possessed the Rune of Death, but Ranni, Rykard, and Marika stole and used it to kill Godwyn on the Night of the Black Knives.
Elden Ring has six endings, and Ranni's Age of Stars is the only true “good” ending, as it leaves The Lands Between better than it was found.
Where is Ranni after you marry her?
