Should I let Melina burn?
Normally, this requires the sacrifice of a maiden, but if you inherit the Frenzied Flame you can spare Melina and burn the Erdtree yourself. Melina doesn't take too kindly to this gesture, though, and threatens to kill you upon resting at a Site of Grace after meeting the Three Fingers.
AFAIK: If you let her burn the Erdtree before accepting the Frenzied Flame (FF), she never appears again for obvious reasons. If you accept the FF before burning the Erdtree, do not quell it, and get its ending, she will appear in short cutscene, promising to kill you.
I've done all major endings, and all the way through the game I was asking myself "What if you inherit the FoF, sacrifice yourself, and only then revert back to normal?". The answer, friends, is nothing. You save Melina and she never shows up again, you just get a regular AoS/Elden Lord family ending.

She leaves behind a shining, golden tree when she dies in battle that replenishes your health, and the same thing happens if she dies at a Site of Grace. Melina will reappear after this point as if nothing happened and can still be summoned during the Morgott fight.
Once you've met her for the first time you'll get a dialogue option to accept her accord each time you rest at a Site of Grace, so you won't be punished long-term for refusing her.
The most difficult ending to achieve in Elden Ring is the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending. To get this ending you need to undertake a pretty obtuse and esoteric quest, meaning you might not ever come across it over the course of your standard play.

Despite not being an actual Finger Maiden, Melina fulfills most of the duties of the title's duties in incredible fashion, introducing the Tarnished to the Round Table before defeating a Shardbearer and even gifting them Torrent, Elden Ring's spectral horse.
If the player ignores her warnings, or just inherits the Frenzied Flame without speaking with her, she will say The Tarnished is no longer fit, ending her accord, and forever leaving their side but threatening to kill them should they become Lord of Chaos.

1 Age Of The Stars
As for an ending that still gives players a substantial reward and reprieve yet doesn't compel them to go mad, the Age of the Stars ending is the most thoughtful one yet. Instead of playing along with the Greater Will's game, the players will replace Marika with Ranni who serves the Moon as a deity.
One last thing to be aware of is that once you take the Frenzied Flame, Melina will leave you. You'll still be able to level up, she just won't show up at any Sites of Grace beyond that point.
Best Things To Do After Beating Elden Ring
Defeat Malenia: She is known as one of the most difficult bosses battles in Elden Ring. It's a completely optional boss located at the bottom of Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. She should be the first stop after clearing the main story.
You can do it as late as after the final boss. Just teleport out after beating the final boss instead of touching Marika or Ranni's sign, go to the Frenzied Flame door, take your clothes off, open the door, and voila you can now go back to the final boss arena and get the frenzied flame ending.
Shardbearer Malenia
Without question the most daunting shardbearer battle, it's little wonder why the trophy for defeating Malenia is among Elden Ring's rarest. Plus, reaching her is a task in and of itself.
