To access High on Life's secret ending, you'll first need to complete the game as normal by defeating Garmantuous, then use the Portal Station to go to Clugg's Office in the Nova Sanctus.

In High on Life's Secret Ending, you'll visit the Human Haven set up by Magistrate Clugg. After speaking to the survivors, you'll use your Jetpack to ascend to the hidden ledge at the top of the Haven. Using the keycard you stole from Clugg's Office, you'll enter a doorway marked "No Trespassing".
Unfortunately Garmantuous's skin is impenetrable, so an explosive device needs to be detonated inside him to be defeated. Once you knock down Garmantuous for a second and final time Kenny will offer to sacrifice himself.

The combat feels tight and balanced, with clear Doom Eternal vibes that only enhanced the shootouts. The hordes of enemies, dashes, grappling hooks, and enemy takedowns are all clearly inspired by Bethesda's shooter masterpiece.
