Is God's grace available to everyone?

Reflections: God's grace is sufficient
Sufficient, as is “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” That was what God said to Paul after Paul asked Him three times to remove his thorn in the flesh.
Grace alone means that God loves, forgives, and saves us not because of who we are or what we do, but because of the work of Christ. Our best efforts can never be good enough to earn salvation, but God declares us righteous for Christ's sake. We receive that grace through faith alone.
Is God's grace limited today? Either his grace IS limited, or grace alone can save. Of course, we know that grace alone cannot save. Otherwise, the entire world, including the most wicked people who have ever lived, would be saved.
Grace becomes accessible and available to you only when you create the necessary openness within you, which means you have to be willing to keep yourself aside.
The definition of grace could be “God's life, power and righteousness given to us by unmerited favor.” It is through grace that God works effective change in our hearts and lives. Grace gives us a new life which is not condemned by God.
God's grace is sufficient for us because through Jesus, we have been redeemed back to God, and He will bless, protect, and prosper those who love His Son and walk uprightly. When Jesus is Lord over our lives, we know that when we received His grace for salvation, we also became the recipients of His unconditional love.

The grace of God trains us not only to “renounce ungodliness and worldly passions,” but also to “live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age” (Titus 2:11–12). The “No” of self-control becomes possible only as the “Yes” of holiness becomes beautiful.
Can people give grace to each other?
