Does Zhongli need crit stats?
Since you want Zhongli to Crit whenever he uses his Burst, it's very important to build Crit Rate and Crit DMG for him. Once you have a good ratio for him, you can focus on building HP to increase his Burst DMG further.

Is Zhongli a DPS character? Sort of, but he's mostly a support character designed to provide shields and create Reactions. He has low attack for a five-star character and relies almost exclusively on his Skill and Burst for utility.
