The short answers is no. The more complete answer is that Fedex does not X-ray packages. This does not mean a package will not be exposed to radiation during the shipping process, but not intentionally, and not by FedEx X-raying the package.
FedEx employees are subjected to urine and saliva drug testing. Saliva tests are more easily passed than urine tests, which is why they are more accurate. Candidates for the examinations are rigorously scrutinized during the testing process.

Summary: Does FedEx Xray Packages? FedEx does not x-ray all packages. To do so would be very expensive and time-consuming. FedEx may x-ray suspicious-looking packages or packages on a random basis at some facilities.
Every package is put through a scanner machine, or an x-ray machine, to verify that the items you are shipping match your customs forms. They will, however, instantly open up a package if it is damaged, has irregularities (a.k.a. is not consistent with your declaration form), or if you are a part of a random checking.
