Una nueva aproximación hacia la religiosidad popular —y su valoración— marcó significativamente la actuación de la Iglesia católica latinoamericana en las décadas posconciliares y dio lugar a un creciente número de investigaciones antropológicas de las subculturas religiosas. No obstante, las reformas de las prácticas evangelizadoras en línea con dichos estudios despertaron poco interés académico. Este artículo analiza la compleja relación entre antropología y misión en la Prelatura de Ayaviri (Puno), que a partir de la Conferencia Episcopal de Medellín (1968) se apoyó en la investigación científico-social para reformular su práctica pastoral. Este artigo tem o objetivo de caracterizar a concepcao de Educacao Ambiental expressa no documento do Plano de Manejo do Parque Estadual do Prosa. O plano de manejo trata-se de um documento tecnico para presidir o uso da area e o manejo dos recursos naturais das Unidades de Conservacao, uma vez que e fundamental para a gestao do parque organizar com clareza as estrategias do seu programa de educacao ambiental no uso publico. Foi realizada uma analise documental, de natureza qualitativa, do Plano de Manejo com as categorias de macrotendencias de Educacao Ambiental Conservadora, Pragmatica e Critica. Os resultados mostram que ha caracteristicas das tres macrotendencias, havendo o predominio das tendencias Conservadora e Pragmatica. Sendo assim, mesmo o documento sendo tecnico e objetivo, surge a necessidade de repensar a forma como e abordada a Educacao Ambiental no plano para que essas atividades tenham efeito educador.
Performance Enhancement of Blowfish Encryption Using RK-Blowfish Technique

Security is one of the biggest concerns in communications and electronic applications. In this paper, we have modified the Blowfish algorithm by enhancing its performance in terms of speed, Throughput, Power consumption and Avalanche effect. We have proposed a way to enhance the performance of the Blowfish cryptography algorithm by introducing parallel processing technique and making modifications to the Fiestel (F) function of Blowfish by combining the Blowfish and the Runge-kutta (RK) Method. The F function of Blowfish has been modified with different formulae and the outcome of a series of RK-Blowfish algorithms were compared with the Blowfish algorithm. The enhanced performances of RKBlowfish series of algorithms are reported. This work would be useful to most consumer electronic appliances involved in data storage, transmission and communication ensuring data security.

LOAD-intensity and time-under-tension of exercises for men who have Achilles tendinopathy (the LOADIT trial): a randomised feasibility trial

Background One potential reason for disparate outcomes of exercise for Achilles tendinopathy is poor knowledge about whether exercise parameters (i.e. different exercise doses) influence outcome. Whether parameters that are important for tendon adaptation influence clinical outcomes in Achilles tendinopathy has not been investigated. Therefore, this research aimed to assess the feasibility of conducting a fully powered randomised trial to investigate the efficacy of different load-intensity and time-under-tension exercise parameters for Achilles tendinopathy. Methods A factorial four-arm, randomised trial. Forty-eight male participants (18–70 years old) with mid-portion Achilles tendinopathy (≥ 3 months) were recruited. Cellular function in tissue is dependent upon the local environment, requiring new methods for spatial mapping of biomolecules and cells in the tissue context. The emergence of spatial transcriptomics has enabled genome-scale gene expression mapping, but it remains elusive to capture spatial epigenetic information of tissue at cellular level and genome scale. Here we report on spatial-ATAC-seq: spatially resolved chromatin accessibility profiling of tissue section via next-generation sequencing by combining in situ Tn5 transposition chemistry and microfluidic deterministic barcoding. Spatial chromatin accessibility profiling of mouse embryos delineated tissue region-specific epigenetic landscapes and identified gene regulators implicated in the central nerve system development.
