I keep seeing clips of C6 Noelle but I don’t know why you wouldn’t just use another dps. What does Constellation 6 do? Im not saying there are better options as a dps... but there are better options for a dps.
Nothing wrong with simping for the character you like. Besides, C6 Noelle is great and worth to build up since she's in the perfect balance between offensive and defensive strategy. Of course you can choose to play a much better dps with more emphasis on more damage.
Her burst buffs her ATK stat by an addition of 50% of her DEF on top of base ATK buff it already gives depending on Talent Level (50-70%). So basically all your Noelle's DEF stat will be added to your ATK during her burst. Plus, every opponent defeated adds 1 more second duration to her burst.

If she has Favonius Greatsword on her, then she'll always have her Burst up and ready. She can solo almost everthing at that point.
Slap Whiteblind on Noelle with 4PC Bolide and you'll see why she's so good
