Based on a comparison of 46 countries in 2022, India ranked the highest in okra production with 6,873,000 tonnes followed by Nigeria and Mali. On the other end of the scale was Gabon with 20.5 tonnes, Belize with 25.0 tonnes and Djibouti with 32.1 tonnes.
