Transaction fee:
- Your cost per transaction doesn’t change based on the type of card your customer uses (Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Discover®). Your rate is based on:
- Business type – whether you accept most of your payments from consumers or from other businesses
- Whether your customer’s card is physically present or not
- Total monthly dollar volume of the card transactions you process
- As your sales grow and you meet the minimum for a lower rate in any given month, your rate will be automatically adjusted for the month.
- No application fees, no monthly minimums, and no early termination fees.
Business to consumer (B2C) transaction fees
B2C merchants include restaurants, retailers, health practitioners, and any businesses that accept most payments from consumers.

Software Options
Available software plans for Clover Go are listed below. You will be asked to select the plan that best meets your needs when you activate your device. Please note Clover Go devices can be added to your account without an additional monthly fee.
- Payments: Entry-level Clover software plan that enables your device to accept a variety of payments including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Plus, logging into your Clover Web Dashboard provides you access to a virtual terminal so you can send digital invoices and take payments by keying customer card information into a web browser. Included in the monthly service fee for the first device; $7.95 per month for each additional device.
- Healthcare Payments: Qualifying medical merchants will be offered the Healthcare Payments software plan. $0 per month for all applicable devices.
- Essentials: Includes the functionality of Payments, as well as basic inventory and order management. $14.95 per month for first device; $11.95 per month for each additional device.

Clover solutions are made available through Wells Fargo Merchant Services, L.L.C. (WFMS). Clover Station products will not work with the Clover Payments software alone, and require a more advanced software plan. Upgraded software plans, including those for Clover Station products, require an additional monthly fee per device, and will be billed directly from Clover. All your devices must use the same software plan. Availability of certain software plans, applications, or functionality may vary based on your selected Clover equipment, software, or industry. All fees are subject to change.

Clover software, applications and other third-party applications that may be available through Clover or in the App Market are subject to the terms and conditions of the developer and may include additional fees subject to change at any time. If you accept payments using equipment or a gateway that you did not receive from Wells Fargo, the online or keyed rates and fees may apply to tap, dip, and swipe transactions.
