How do I contact Macmillan customer care? ›

Booksellers: To order Macmillan Audio products, please contact your Macmillan sales representative or call 888-330-8477 or fax your order to 800-672-7703. The order department is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday.

Macmillan Learning is the only publisher to offer officially brand new textbooks with valid, authorized digital access codes for online study tools, like Launchpad, as part of our rental program.

If you purchased access to a digital product (e.g. Achieve), you can receive a full refund within two weeks of purchase if you have not accessed (viewed or printed) or submitted more than 20% of the content or assignments.

You can delete your Community account at any time. Please contact the Community Team letting us know you'd like to close your account by emailing the team on community@macmillan.org.uk. You will need to email the team from the email address you've used to create your account.

To edit the e-mail address where you receive communications from Macmillan Learning, click on the Edit link next to your e-mail address. To opt in or out of e-mail communications, click the checkbox next to E-mail Preferences. When you are finished making changes, click the Save button at the bottom right.

I've registered two accounts for different email addresses - how do I add them both to My Macmillan? To merge these accounts please contact webmanager@macmillan.org.uk and include both sets of account information in your message.

On the Macmillan Learning support site, you cannot reset your Achieve password. This means that if you forget your Achieve password, you won't be able to change it on the Macmillan Learning support site.
