What does it mean to be a human being? As humans, we have been given the gifts of life that are greater than any other living being. When we suffer, when we fail, when we experience deep loss, we think we can’t go on. We feel life closing in around us. But a life of suffering is not your destiny. A small, timid life is not your destiny. Your destiny is to wake up to the gifts of life: to be more, create more, love more, do more, give more. Your destiny is to find an empowering meaning in every single thing that happens to you. And your destiny is to give – because the secret to living is giving.
