If you're a new investor and in need of a brokerage, I'll recommend my own broker: Fidelity.
It's not a portfolio tracker per se, but you can invest in stocks, bonds, funds, or options on the platform and easily open retirement and individual accounts.
You can also manually link non-Fidelity accounts, set savings goals, add investment strategies, and more to get a complete financial picture.
Fidelity combines the security and functionality of legacy brokers with a somewhat attractive and user-friendly interface. Its mobile app is also pretty good, and it has some net worth and retirement planning features.
While I ranked M1 Finance as the better portfolio tracker, I still prefer Fidelity (my personal brokerage).

Personally, I find the number of features on Snowball Analytics overwhelming. I found I spent way too much time messing around with the software and getting things set up. There's a massive amount of customizability, too much in my opinion.
For dividend investors, however, I like the way the service breaks down yield, annual payouts, and ratings. The layout is elegant and powerful:
