Stephanie "Steph" Jones is a fictional character in the After series written by Anna Todd. She is the former friend of Hardin Scott and former roommate of Tessa Young. In After Ever Happy, it is mentioned that Steph moved to Louisiana with Tristan.

Steph was a very ungrateful, jealous, and spoiled teen. She attempted to seduce her sister's husband just because she wanted the attention. She learned how to manipulate others to achieve what she wanted from a young age.
Physical Appearance[]
Steph is described to have pale skin, green eyes, and red hair. She is very thin, with long legs. She is described to dress provocatively and wear heavy makeup.
Personality[]
Readers are first led to believe that Steph is a nice, loyal friend. Steph is extremely manipulative, fake, and cruel. She is jealous and competitive. She is a revengeful person and seeks to have one over everyone else. She feels no remorse for hurting others and pretended to be Tessa's friend and loyal confidant all the while laughing at Tessa's expense with her friends. Steph is also super unorganized and flakey, in contrast to Tessa’s orderliness.
She secretly wanted Hardin and was jealous of the girls he was with, especially Tessa. This jealousy led to hatred and spite and fueled her plan to humiliate Tessa. Due to her hate and envy of Tessa, Steph gets help from an old enemy of Hardin's. Together Steph and Dan drug Tessa and try to film Dan having sex with Tessa to get back at both Hardin and Tessa. Soon before the rape could begin, Molly barges in and tells Steph she has gone too far. With that, Tristan and Zed stop the potential rape.
