BlackRock CEO Larry Fink has just joined the club of believers. In India, there is growing awareness and many mutual funds are taking a serious look at it. But it’s still early days.

Larry Fink is now a climate-change evangelist. The CEO at the world’s largest asset manager, BlackRock, is putting his money where his mouth is — literally. BlackRock’s actively managed funds will no longer hold shares of companies that derive more than 25% of their revenues through thermal coal.
