Bonjour lecteurs! The property market is now starting to slow down after being overheated for the last few years. In my most recent post on Instagram, many of you said you were hoping to get on the property ladder in 2023. Well, a house comes with some costs. We bought ours five years ago. And as soon as we moved in, we also decided to invest in home insurance. Have you not considered it yet? Should You Keep Your Home Insurance?

In a recent YouGov survey, 30% said home insurance was too expensive nowadays.

Even 61% of respondents have not made a claim before! Pretty scary figures in my opinion!

Invest In Your Home

So c’est important to cover our assets and protect what we have.

Whatever we decide to do in a few years’ time (stay here and upgrade it or sell for a bigger place)we want to keep it in shape so that the house doesn’t lose its value.

The Level Of Coverage

Before you purchase home insurance, think about what you need. Most policies will not cover everything.

Read carefully all the small prints before you sign up. Avoid bad surprises!
