I use both, i'd pick Geo traveler if you already have a healer
Noelle is a substitute healer when you don’t have one
If you alr have barbruh or something just use traveler
You could also just use both of them together. Geo traveler is a good battery for noelle, who needs to build up her elemental burst consistently to be able to deal good dps
Depends on the rest of your team. GMC is a decent sub DPS and Geo battery, who can also provide CR buffs. Noelle is a healer, shielder (albeit with a lot of downtime) and potentially a DPS.
Noelle is only good for a shield support without a proper battery so if you're gonna use her as main dps add both of them to the team since most of noelle's damage comes from her burst. if you don't know how a battery works you basically use geo mc's e and then switch to noelle so that she can collect the energy.
