Enrollment or Changing Bank Account

You can make an Online Payment once you enroll. Your payment will credit to your account as described in the paragraph titled "Same Day Crediting". If you use a bank account for the first time, we may hold the available line of credit equal to the payment for up to 3 business days.

Payments

You can only make one online payment per day. You may schedule future payments as far as 45 days in the future.

If you do not make one Online Payment at least once every eighteen (18) months, you may have to re-register your bank account as though using it for the first time.

If a scheduled payment exceeds the current balance at the time of execution, you agree that we will reduce the scheduled payment amount to the amount of your current balance.

Same Day Crediting

The payment cutoff time for Online Bill and Phone Payments is midnight ET. This means we will credit your account as of the calendar day, based on Eastern Time, that we received your payment request. If we receive your request to make an online payment after that time, we will credit your payment as of the next day.

Any payment made on a weekend or holiday will be applied as of the day you make it. However, it will not be posted until the next business day.

Please note that there may be a delay between the time your payment is posted and the amount of your available credit is updated.

If any electronic payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason, we may charge, and you agree to pay, a returned payment fee. You may also be charged a late fee based on the terms and conditions of your Card Agreement. Subsequent scheduled payments may also be canceled.

Authorization

By authorizing Online Bill Pay, I authorize Citibank, N.A. to initiate an electronic payment from my bank account and I authorize my bank to honor the withdrawal. This authority is for my Shell Credit Card account noted above and is to remain in effect until canceled in writing by Citibank, N.A., my financial institution, or me.

Rewards Program Information

You get the benefit of two great reward programs with the Shell Fuel Rewards® Card. You get 5 cents per gallon savings, up to 20 gallons, with instant Gold Status with your automatic enrollment in the Fuel Rewards® program offered by Excentus Corporation. You get an additional 5 cents per gallon savings, up to 20 gallons, plus the opportunity to earn Shell rebates, as a Shell Fuel Rewards®Card Cardholder. The benefits of these two programs are described below.

Fuel Rewards® program from Excentus

The Fuel Rewards® program is a separate program owned and operated by Excentus Corporation. Citibank is not responsible for rewards offered through the Fuel Rewards® program.

If you are approved for a Shell Fuel Rewards® Card, you will be automatically enrolled in the Fuel Rewards® program and receive instant Gold Status. If you are already a Fuel Rewards® member, your existing Fuel Rewards® account will be linked to your Shell Fuel Rewards® Card. With Gold Status, you will receive Fuel Rewards® savings of 5 cents per gallon, up to 20 gallons, on fuel purchases made at participating Shell locations within the United States. Fuel Rewards® savings are redeemed by swiping your Shell Fuel Rewards® Card before you fill up. Fuel Rewards® savings are applied instantly to decrease the price of fuel. Use of the Shell Fuel Rewards® Card is required to redeem Fuel Rewards® savings associated with the Shell Fuel Rewards® Card.

Shell Fuel Rewards® Card Cents Per Gallon Savings

You will receive savings on fuel purchases made with your Shell Fuel Rewards® Card at participating Shell locations within the United States. When you use your card to purchase fuel, the price you pay will be reduced at the point of sale by 5 cents per gallon on up to 20 gallons. For fuel purchases made at the pump, the price per gallon will be reduced at the pump after you swipe your credit card, except where prohibited by law. For in-store fuel purchases, the savings will be applied prior to the completion of your purchases.

In the event savings at the point of sale are unavailable for any reason, you will receive the savings as a statement credit. In that case, you will not see a reduction in the price per gallon at the pump or prior to the completion of an in-storepurchase. The statement credits will be automatically posted to your monthly billing statement. When calculating the amount of the statement credit, we will multiply the number of gallons purchased by 5 cents and roundto the nearest cent. In the event gallon information is not available for a specific purchase, we will determine the number of gallons purchased by dividing the total purchase amount by an average price per gallon amount obtainedfrom the U.S. Department of Energy. We will use the average price per gallon from the U.S. Department of Energy for the specific grade of fuel purchased, or in the event the fuel grade information is not provided to us, we will use the average priceper gallon amount from the U.S. Department of Energy for regular unleaded fuel.

Rebates

With the Shell Fuel Rewards® Card, you earn 10% Shell rebates on your first $1,200 in Shell non-fuel purchases made each year with your card at Shell locations within the United States. Shell non-fuel purchases in excess of $1,200 each year do not earn rebates.

All rebates on the Shell Fuel Rewards® Card will be automatically redeemed by applying the rebates as a credit against Shell purchases made with your card in subsequent billing cycles. Rebates are not earned onthe following: purchases made for business or commercial purposes; purchases returned for full or partial credit; and cash advances, balance transfers, interest andfinance charges, account fees and fees for services and programs you elect to receive through us. For the purpose of determining the amount of purchases that are eligible to earn rebates each year,each year will begin on the first day of your billing period in the calendar month of December and end on the last day of your billing period in the following December. Any rebates not redeemed withintwelve monthly billing cycles after the billing cycle in which they are earned will expire.

Your account must remain open and current in order to receive savings on fuel purchases and earn and redeem rebates. You will not be eligible to receive savings on fuel purchases or earn and redeem Shell rebates if your account isclosed (whether closed by you or us) or if you default under the terms of your card agreement.

When you become a cardmember, you will receive the full card program Terms and Conditions,which we may change at any time for any reason upon thirty (30) days prior written notice.

The alerting service allows you to request and receive messages about your credit card account(s).

By enrolling in or editing Alerts, you can subscribe to daily, weekly, or monthly account update notifications such as account balance, payment due, and payment posted, via SMS text messaging. Alerts will come from Shell Credit Card Alerts, and you can text STOP to 79308 to stop Alerts, or text HELP to 79308 to receive help. For questions about the services provided, you can call 1-800-331-3703. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies by account settings. Alerts are supported by most major mobile providers in the US, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile (T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages) and Sprint. Subject to the terms and conditions of your Internet service provider or mobile carrier, you may receive alerts from us via email sent to computers and/or mobile phones (supported by certain mobile phone carriers only), as well as text messages sent to your mobile phone. As a condition to using and receiving Account Alerts, you consent to receiving, from us, automatically dialed text messages on your mobile phone at the mobile phone number you provide. Alerts are effective as soon as you set them up in Account Online. You accept that each alert may not be encrypted, and may include your name and information pertaining to your account(s).

Receipt of each alert may be delayed, or prevented by factors affecting your Internet service provider, mobile carrier, and/or other factors outside of our control. Neither we, nor our affiliates, will be liable for losses or damages arising from (a) non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery of an alert; (b) inaccurate or incomplete content in an alert; or (c) your use or reliance on the contents of any alert for any purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate the alerting service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. The information in any alert may be subject to certain time lags and/or delays. The types and timing of your alerts will be managed by you, and the alerts may be stopped or suspended by you at any time.

Authorization

By enrolling in, or editing wireless alerts you previously enrolled in, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

The perfect secure password is easy to remember, but difficult for outsiders to guess. Keep these tips in mind when creating your User ID and Password.

You should:

  • Review the current Citibank Vulgar Language Policy.
  • Make your User ID and Password two distinct entries.
  • Make your User ID and Password different from the Security Word you provided when you applied for your card.
  • Use phrases that combine spaces and words (i.e., "An apple a day"). NOTE: 1 space only between each word or character.

You should not:

  • Use your name.
  • Use multiple consecutive spaces.
  • Use more than three consecutive or sequential digits unless your User ID is an email address (i.e. 1111 or 1234).
  • Use a single word that can be found in the dictionary.
  • Use something readily identifiable, such as your name, birthday, spouse or child's name, Social Security Number, phone number or street address. These can be traced directly to you and are easy for potential hackers to guess.
  • Use letters or numbers that are near each other on the keyboard (i.e. hjkl;).
  • Share your information with anyone — ever.

Need more suggestions? Have some fun and try one of these formulas:

  • Choose a meaningful phrase with 6-8 words in it (e.g. we bought our home 9 years ago) and take the first character of each word to make your password: wboh9ya.
  • Insert two digits into a word (e.g. Decem51ber).
  • Replace the vowels or other letters in a short phrase with numbers or other characters.
  • Misspell a word, drop some letters, add other characters, or make up crazy words using symbols instead of vowels or consonants.
  • Drop the vowels in a long word (e.g. ‘corporation’ would be crptn). Even better, add some numbers (e.g. 2crptn9).
