  • q. Are there any age limits?
  • Persons of any age can buy a policy, however trip limits do apply. Those under 69 years can purchase a policy for a maximum trip duration of 18 months. Those over 70 can purchase a policy for a maximum trip duration of six months only.

  • Q. Can I buy a policy if I have pre-existing medical conditions?

Some conditions are automatically covered, while others will require some further detail from you before we can proceed. Please visit our pre-existing medical conditions page to get started.

  • Q. Are there any conditions you do not cover?
  • Regretfully there are some conditions we do exclude from cover. If you require oxygen for your holiday, are suffering from chronic renal failure, have been diagnosed with aids, are awaiting organ transplant or have a terminal prognosis we will not be able to cover your condition. However, you can still purchase a policy that will cover you for a range of additional benefits such as travel delays or lost luggage. Please refer to the Policy Document for section exclusions.
