In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Redeemer must also comply with all applicable Resort terms and conditions and policies, including arrival and departure times, at the discretion of the travel provider. Redeemer and their guests must occupy and use resort accommodations in a responsible, careful, and secure manner. Redeemer is responsible for any damage, theft or loss caused by Redeemer and/or their guests.
—In no event can the total number of people occupying the resort accommodation exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Resort Reservation Confirmation. The Resort Reservation Confirmation may only be used by the person(s) listed on the reservation.
—Guests are charged a fully refundable security deposit upon check-in. All reservations will be charged a one time resort fee of USD$150.00 that is to be paid directly to property upon check-in (Resort Credit cannot be used toward the resort fee or the tax fee). This daily resort fee covers on-resort transportation, local telephone calls, wireless or highspeed internet, the daily newspaper summary (upon request), one (1) Welcome co*cktail, incoming faxes, the Santuario cover charge, and access to gym facilities. Pricing is per person and based on double occupancy; no additional charge for extra persons beyond the first two occupants up to maximum occupancy allowed.
—Guest may visit property through promotion one time per 36 months.
—A $400 resort credit will be applied during check out at the front desk to the total bill. The Resort Credit may be used towards expenses accepted in the Resort Restaurants in beverage and food. Resort Credit will not apply to restaurants operated by third parties, taxes (ISH y DERSAN) or tips. Resort Credit, may not be redeemed for cash, transferred to a different account, or reimbursed. Transferring any remainder does not apply. Resort Credit must be applied during the corresponding reservation and may not be applied in additional or future reservations.
