Are preserved roses worth it? ›

If you are considering giving roses as a gift, preserved roses are an excellent choice over cut roses for several reasons. They are more long-lasting, so your recipient can enjoy their beauty for longer.

The roses we choose for preservation are picked at their peak bloom, when they are their most gorgeous and full. Then, they are preserved to maintain this perfect state for a year or longer. When you buy fresh roses throughout the year, you will not always receive the same quality.

Preserved roses, on the other hand, can be enjoyed for a much longer period of time. Placed in a vase or on a shelf, you can expect your preserved luxury roses to last one to three years. If you decide to store your flowers in a sealed enclosure, they'll last even longer — up to 3 years!
