A little disappointed.
Basically all tube stocks were heavily root bound.
Particularly the Snow Maiden Rhaphiolepis . Took several days in a bucket to dislodge from tube. Actually I cut the tube casing off in the end. The Narfray was a little better as was the ruby red.
Actually the only healthy plant was the lomandra labill Thankfully that was the bulk of my purchase.
I am always trying my best to support local. This is why you are receiving a honest answer. The Narfray was also missing from the pick up order, so as uncomfortable as it is I had go and ask Scott, to check my package to collect. Cheers Julie Howard

Well packed. Fast delivery. Plants were well advanced for tube stock and in excellent condition.Eye appeal is buy appeal after all. Disease free and in fantastic condition. Cheapest and best on the net. All planted and time will tell how they do in my rocky clay/shale location but here’s to hoping my prayers have been answered. Pleasure transacting with you guys and will certainly buy more if I can get these guys to survive. Thank you plant hub. You guys are legends in my eyes.

When you shop with The Plant Hub, you will receive free delivery with every full box of plants.
HOW MANY PLANTS DOES IT TAKE TO FILL A BOX?
A full box contains 4 items, examples of these are; 4 X Tube 10 Packs, 4 X Lawn Plug trays, or a combination of Tube 10 Packs and Lawn Plugs totalling 4 items.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We ship to NSW,ACT,Victoria, and Queensland, as quarantine is an important issue with the movement of plants across state borders. Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship plants outside of Australia.
HOW ARE PLANTS SHIPPED?
This is an excellent question. Live plants require express freight, unlike other products, which may take a week or so to be delivered using non-express freight services. The Plant Hub uses couriers and Australia Post to ship orders. When your plants are dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know how they have been shipped, and you will also receive a ‘Track and Trace’ label number and a link to the relevant delivery website to track the progress of your delivery.
HOW SOON AFTER ORDERING WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
As we deliver 'live plants', we naturally want to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We only dispatch orders on Monday of each week (except public holidays) to ensure orders arrive that same week. The cut-off time for orders is 6 pm Sunday. Orders placed after this time will, in most cases, be shipped the following week.
Plants normally arrive during business hours within 2 to 3 days for metropolitan areas. In regional areas, it may take an extra day or so to arrive. If you have ordered plants and have been notified that your order has been dispatched, but has not arrived by Thursday afternoon, don't hesitate to contact our office to track down your order for you.
I HAVE A PO BOX, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
No, if you would like your order to go to a PO Box, we send your order to Australia Post; however, we ask that you pick up your plants the day they arrive at the Post Office, so you receive your plants in the best condition possible.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WHEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
The Plant Hub is committed to supplying quality plants and products. However, if you are dissatisfied, return your purchase and we will either replace the plants or refund your money, no questions asked.
