Can I re-plant in an area where Ortho GroundClear Vegetation Killer Concentrate has been applied if I put with new soil over top of the sprayed area?
I sprayed GroundClear on area that I intended to plant flowers and shrubs in after weeds and grass killed. Can I still plant with new soil over top of the sprayed area?

I have rocks around my inground pool with a bunch of weeds and grass growing thru. I'm worried about when it rains that it will wash the chemical into my pool.

Yes,Ortho GroundClear Vegetation Killer Concentratewould be safe around the pool as long as overspray is not getting in it during application. After the area has dried unless the soil is completely displaced and gets into the pool there is no concern about rain getting the product into it as it only moves in soil areas.
