I agree Orazio Decillis. However, it would be necessary to review if all Company members are aligned towards the same goal and vision, and if the leadership at the forefront is demonstrating values. A Company depends on people executing daily tasks. What "vitamin" would help achieve unity within a Company? Thank you.
